Senator Michael Testa who was elected in 2019 to the New Jersey State Senate to represent the First Legislative District. Senator Testa serves on the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee, Senate Judiciary and the Senate Labor Committee and is the co-chair of the New Jersey Legislative Manufacturing Caucus.
He is a graduate of Villanova University of Law and a lifelong New Jerseyan with deep roots in Cumberland County and South Jersey. Senator Testa serves on many nonprofit boards, including the City of Vineland‘s Downtown Improvement District where he currently resides with his wife and three daughters – and of special note, his grandfather was the City’s first elected Mayor.
